- Minimum Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 1 year of experience
- Fluent in English and French
- Interprets and provides guidance and instruction to subordinates/peers at international level (Translators onboard)
- Managing a team of Production executives and Quality Assurance team.
- Planning of projects – Planning – Execution – Monitoring – QA – Conclusion
- Risk analysis and contingency plans to tackle with any setbacks for every project
- Human dependent risk factors their time dependencies and their levels of dependence on all the factors.
- Monitoring the Quality assurance of each project and ensuring deliverables are as per the client requirements.
- Liaising with sales person- Account managers constantly of every project for regular updates as agreed.
- Providing the Workers or team members with all the requirements and elicitations from client end.
- Maintaining the Database of all the projects being done at production end by archiving the documents and Data base of all the in-house and Freelance linguists, interpreters, Notarizers, Transcriptionist, copy writers and Apostille services all around the world.
- Preparing and conducting interviews for different positions of technical field.
- Provide administrative and clerical support for technical staff recruitment, selection Development of Technical staff.
- Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.
